The Library will be a big part of your time at University. A great place to study and get support.

It provides access to more than 400,000 electronic books and journals, as well as databases, printed books and specialist collections. The Library is open 24/7 for the majority of the academic year.

Academic Subject Librarians work closely with your School to maintain and develop the resources needed for courses and to provide individual assistance to students.

The Library team provides online practical support for students’ learning development. This includes online appointments, one-to-one drop-in sessions and webinars on topics such as academic writing skills, finding information for your assignment, and maths and stats.

“The library both physically and online is a great place to start when searching for these resources, with most libraries having the ability to get a resource in at your request.”

– Rebecca Louise Hepworth – 3rd year Events Management
