Distance learning requires independent study, but there are plenty of resources, support and opportunities to collaborate online.

Distance learning means you are rarely, or never, on campus and will be studying online independently. You may also be studying to upgrade your operational skills whilst working in your job.

Blackboard, the University’s virtual learning environment, is a key resource, providing online collaborative opportunities and learning materials to support your studies and ensure that you are actively engaged in your course and the wider university community.
