Why your feedback matters?
Your feedback helps shape a better university experience – for you and for future students. It gives us insight into what’s working, what could be improved, and where new ideas can make a difference.
What this space is for?
This site brings together all the ways you can share your views – from surveys to student voice groups – and shows how your feedback is listened to, reflected on, and used to inform change.
What you can expect from us
We’re committed to open, honest dialogue. That means being clear about what we’ve heard, what we can act on, and what we’re still working on. Some things can’t change overnight — but your voice helps us understand what matters most.
Sharing feedback respectfully
We want to hear your honest views — and we also want to make sure everyone involved in teaching and learning is treated with respect. When completing surveys, please keep in mind:
- Be constructive: Tell us what worked, what didn’t, and what could be improved — and why.
- Be courteous: Feedback is most effective when it’s shared in a respectful and thoughtful way.
- Focus on the experience: Avoid naming individuals. Instead, describe what helped or hindered your learning.
- Think about impact: What do you want your feedback to lead to? Clear, specific comments help staff understand what matters to you — and what could make a difference for others.
Your voice matters — and how you use it helps shape a learning environment that’s inclusive, respectful, and open to change.
