Communication is a vital skill at university to ensure that you understand others and can be understood by those you are communicating with, both in person and online. This can be challenging when interacting with lots of new people from a diverse mix of cultures and backgrounds, but it is important that we try learn how to communicate effectively and be respectful and patient when doing so.
